Cancellations:

 

If you have made a mistake on your order and have received an invoice please contact us asap. Once we have started processing and making your order, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

Bespoke orders:

Both the customer and the client have the right to end the contract prior to it’s completion. This cancelation will come with a fee, all hours executed and materials used will have to be paid for.

 

Returns:

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

You will be provided the exact address to ship the item(s) back to, once we have received and approved your written notice. Please note that we will only accept returns made by the buyer.

Please send your written notice to joyceallentextiles@gmail.com. The notice will need to include the followings: proof of purchase, invoice number, contact details of the buyer, the reference of the item(s)you wish to return, and the reason of your return.

We do ask the customer not to send any item(s) back without the written notice having been approved.

The refund will be made to the buyers Paypal account. We will in no circumstances make a refund to another email and Paypal account than the one used when checking out and making the order.

All items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse the refund if the items are not returned in their original condition.

We will not accept returns for misuse of care instructions, wear and tear, loss or damage, neglect, abuse or misuse of the item, fire, smoke, explosion, lighting, sunlight, infestation by animals or boring insects, animal tear, wear or damage, attempt to repair by yourself or third party without prior contacting us, theft or loss or accidental damage caused by a third party.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

The customer will have to pay for the return of the goods, unless proven damaged or faulty on arrival and that we have been notified within 48h of receiving your item. Please see “Orders” in our Terms of service for further information on faulty items.

Shipping will be charged for items that were sent back but were not faulty or wrongly delivered. We will also charge shipping the item back to you.

Please note that we will not take any return or make any refunds on bespoke items that are not faulty.

 

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as well as use a secure trackable shipper and that you retain proof of sending, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage or loss to them until we receive the items.

  

Once we receive your return and that all the goods are in original condition, we will, within 14 days of receiving your return, proceed to refund the value of your item(s)returned. This will exclude original shipping costs.

The refund will be done via Paypal. PayPal refunds will go into your PayPal account and take 3-5 days to clear.

 

We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

 

Exchanges:

 

We do not accept exchanges for different item(s). If you would like a different item please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

 

Refunds:

 

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the full value of your order, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return, via Paypal. PayPal refunds will go into your PayPal account and take 3-5 days to clear.
